On April 9, Samsung Electro-Mechanics held the “2025 Win-Win Cooperation Day” with its partner companies.
The event was organized to reaffirm mutual growth with partners and to recognize those that delivered excellent results over the past year.
Approximately 150 participants attended, including President Chang Duckhyun of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Win-Win Growth Committee Chairman Lee Dalgon, senior executives, and partner company representatives.
During the event, Samsung Electro-Mechanics introduced its win-win support programs—including funding, technology protection, and training—aimed at establishing sustainable partnerships.
Notably, six outstanding partners, including Fine Technology, Haesung Optics, Samsung Mechatronics, and Korea Viatech, were recognized for their excellence across five categories: productivity innovation, technology development, quality improvement, compliance, and special achievements.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics also signed a “Partnership Ecosystem Enhancement Agreement” with the Win-Win Growth Committee and partner companies.
As part of the agreement, Samsung Electro-Mechanics will provide approximately KRW 200 billion from 2025 to 2027, while the committee will support capacity building for small and medium-sized enterprises.

President Chang Duckhyun stated, “While the business environment remains uncertain, the expansion of future industries such as AI and autonomous driving presents great opportunities. Let’s create competitive products together with differentiated core technologies.”
Chairman Lee Dalgon of the Win-Win Growth Committee added, “The strength of Samsung Electro-Mechanics as a world-class company begins with the capabilities of its strategic partners. We ask for your continued efforts, and we will continue to provide support.”

Samsung Electro-Mechanics currently works with about 900 partner companies at home and abroad, with annual revenues ranging from KRW 1 billion to KRW 1 trillion.
Among these, 40 key domestic component suppliers are members of the “Partner Council,” which has a proud history spanning nearly 40 years since its establishment in 1986.
Moving forward, Samsung Electro-Mechanics will continue to practice a culture of mutual growth through a wide range of support programs, including:
△ Financial assistance through win-win funds and smart factories
△ Field innovation in productivity, quality, and safety
△ Customized capability-building programs tailored to expertise and roles within partner companies.
